This page allows you to manage the maintenance (works, incidents…). You can do the following: Create a maintenance, Edit a maintenance, Show a maintenance, Duplicate a maintenance, Terminate an ongoing intervention (once terminated, you can always reactivate it), Archive a maintenance, Delete a maintenance. You can filter your records by different criteria (property, type, state). You can export your records via the action button Export on the bottom of the chart.
To create a Maintenance, click on the button New Maintenance, fill in the fields and then click on Save. You can enter in the form: The property or building, The tenancy, The type, The subject, The priority, The description, The availability, The due date (if the completion date has passed, the intervention will be marked as Late), The contractor and his email address, Add a document. The contractor can receive a notification once the maintenance is created. Any intervention can be terminated by the landlord. Once terminated, you can reopen it if necessary.
