Maintenance

In this section, you can create and manage the various maintenance jobs (such as repair requests, works and incidents) linked to your properties.

You can do the following:

  • Create a maintenance job,
  • Edit a maintenance job,
  • View a maintenance job,
  • Duplicate a maintenance job,
  • Close a job in progress (once it is closed, you can re-open it),
  • Archive a maintenance job,
  • Delete a maintenance job.

You can filter the records by various criteria, such as the landlord, the property, the type or the status.

You can also export your records with the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.

Create, edit or delete a maintenance job

To add a maintenance job, go to the “Maintenance” section and click “New maintenance”. For each job you can enter the property, the tenancy, the type, the subject, the priority, the status, the description, the availability, the dates, the contractor, photos and documents. This article also covers editing, deleting and following a job.
