Do I need to install any software?

No installation is required. Rentila is 100% online. You can access your account from any device — computer, tablet, or mobile — with just an internet connection.

Is Rentila available on mobile?

Yes, Rentila is available through your mobile browser and via our dedicated tenant mobile app. Landlords can manage their account on mobile as well, wherever they are.

Can my tenants use your service?

Yes, tenants have their own account. Rentila has been created to help tenants and landlords interact: rent and payment follow-up, receipts, tasks, reminders…

Can I manage multiple properties and portfolios?

Yes, Rentila is designed for both small landlords and larger portfolios. You can manage multiple properties, buildings, tenancies, and tenants within a single account. If you have more than one property, you’ll need a paid plan.

In which languages is Rentila available?

Rentila is available in multiple languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Bulgarian, and Portuguese. You can switch your interface language at any time.

Where is the data hosted?

Our servers are located in France. This location in Europe strengthens the security of your data, as it is subject to strict data protection regulations.
