In My Profile, you can edit your personal details such as: Your name, Your address, Your contact details, Your company (if relevant), Logo and signature, Bank details. The default Landlord and subscription invoices use the information from this section. You can access My Profile from My Account on the top right corner of each page.
In My Account, Settings, you can customise certain settings. In particular you can: Change language, Change name format, Choose to show or not the tenant balance on the invoices, Edit the footers of the documents, Change currency, Change format of date, time and units of measurement, Choose to show or not the tenant balance on the invoices, Enable or disable some sections of the site. If you do so, the appearance of the main menu will change.
This page allows you to manage your Rentila subscription. Here you can choose your payment options or cancel it. You can pay your Rentila subscription online with Credit Card, Direct debit and Paypal. Here, you can also download your receipts. You can modify your subscription at any time, but please do let us know before changing your plan. If you have any issues with your account, please contact us. Important! If your subscription expires (for instance it did not renew automatically because your card expired), the account is automatically downgraded to FREE, however, your data is NOT going to be lost. You can create or edit a Landlord (a person, a company or a joint ownership) from the My Account, Multi-owners section. To add a landlord, click the New landlord button, fill in the required fields, and click Save. For each Landlord, you can enter: The type, The name, The company, The address and other contact information, The logo and the signature, Bank information.
