Sync your bookings calendar with Airbnb, Booking or Google

Export the Rentila booking calendar

In order to sync your Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor, Arbitel or Google calendar, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bookings section. Click on the Export action button on the bottom of the bookings’ list. Please select the related property and copy the link. This link is also visible in the file of every property.
  2. When in your Airbnb account, enter the property details, Availability settings tab, then Sync calendars. Import the Rentila link. Now your Rentila bookings are updated in your Airbnb account.

Import your Airbnb bookings

In order to import your Airbnb bookings, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bookings section. Click on the New booking action button, Import.
  2. In the import form, select the property, then import file. You can choose between .csv and .iCal formats. Regarding the .iCal links, you can set an automatic daily sync.
  • In order to get your .iCal link from your Airbnb account, please enter the property details, Availability settings tab, then Export the calendar.
  • In order to get the .csv file of your Airbnb account, please enter the property details, Bookings tab, then Export the CSV file.

Import your Booking bookings

In order to import your Booking bookings, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bookings section. Click on the New booking action button, then Import.
  2. In the import file, select the property, then import file. You can choose between .csv and .iCal formats. Regarding the .iCal links, you can set an automatic daily sync.
  • In order to get your .iCal link from your Booking account, please enter your account, Calendar tab or Rates and availability, then select Sync the calendars. Click on Add a calendar connection, then Ignore this step. In the pop-up window that appears, name your connection, then click on the Export the calendar action button in order to copy the link.
  • In order to get the .csv file of your Booking account, please enter the property details, Bookings tab, then Export the CSV file.

Important

The .iCal file does not have all the necessary information for creating a booking in Rentila (reference, dates, tenants, services, amounts, description). You need to verify the imported data and complete if necessary.
