How do I get started?

To get started with Rentila, follow these steps:

  1. Create a property Create a detailed record for your let property (flat, house, parking space and so on): address, floor area, fittings and the rest.
  2. Create a tenant Create a detailed record for your tenant: first name and surname, address, phone number, occupation and so on.
  3. Create a tenancy agreement Bring your let property and your tenant together in a tenancy agreement. Set the term, the rent and the service charges.

Automatic rent generation

For each tenancy agreement, the rent is generated automatically every month in the “Finance” section. In practice, you almost never need to add a rent by hand.
