To create a Credit note, go to Finances and Add an expense, fill in the form and Save.
The expense type should be Tenant refund.
You can enter the following information:
- The type (Tenant refund)
- The date
- The payee
- The amount
- The VAT rate
You can also enter:
- The tenancy
- A credit note number (of your choice)
- A description or a text for the document
- Attach a document
When you create the expense, in order to produce a Credit note document, you have to switch on the Credit note option.
Once the expense is created, you can access the credit note by using the action buttons on the right.
