Once the tenant has signed in, they are linked to you and get their own member area, with sections for the landlord, their tenancies, receipts, documents, maintenance, tasks, messages and applications. The account then belongs to the tenant.

Rentila handles flat-shares through units: create one unit per flat or per room, then assign tenants to them. A joint tenancy puts several tenants on a single agreement, with one rent and one shared rent receipt. Individual agreements give each tenant their own unit, their own rent, their own due notices and their own receipts.
