You can create, edit, view, duplicate, close, re-open, archive and delete a job, filter the records by criteria such as the landlord, the property, the type or the status, and export the list.

Create, edit or delete a maintenance job

To add a maintenance job, go to the “Maintenance” section and click “New maintenance”. For each job you can enter the property, the tenancy, the type, the subject, the priority, the status, the description, the availability, the dates, the contractor, photos and documents.
