To add and classify imported bank transactions automatically, create rules from the “Bank import” section via the “Automation” icon and the “New rule” button. For each rule you define the owner, property, tenancy agreement, type and payee, plus the trigger criteria: keywords, amount, description and status. Connect your bank from “Finance”, “Bank import”, manage the connected accounts, and match the imported transactions with your entries in the “Finance” section — manually or automatically.
