To export your records, use the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.
The “Tenant balance” page in the “Tenants” section shows the detail of the payments a tenant has made and where their account currently stands. The balance takes in prepaid rents, recorded payments, unpaid reconciliations and tax refunds, and a handful of expense and income types. When you record a payment you can carry all or part of it over.
You can invite your tenant to join Rentila and give them access to their own data. Once the tenant has signed in, they are linked to you and get their own member area, with sections for the landlord, their tenancies, receipts, documents, maintenance, tasks, messages and applications. The account then belongs to the tenant.
