Create, edit or delete a property or unit

To add a unit, go to the “Properties” section, click “Units”, then “New unit”. For each property you can enter the address, the description, the equipment, the financial and administrative details, the contracts, certificates and diagnostics, the public profile details, photos and documents. You can also import several properties from a file.

Properties, units

In this section, you can manage your properties. It holds two subsections, “Units” and “Buildings”. “Units” is for individual properties, while “Buildings” covers the groups of properties you have already created as units. From the “Units” list you can create, edit, duplicate, archive, export and delete a property, and open its record, finances, balance sheet and documents.

Transfer a property to another landlord

The property transfer lets you send a unit to another landlord’s Rentila account, for example after a sale or a donation. A copy of the property is created in the recipient’s account, with the current tenancy and its tenants if you wish, and your property is then archived.
