Properties, units

In this section, you can manage your properties. It holds two subsections: one called “Units” and the other “Buildings”.

“Units” is for individual properties, while “Buildings” covers the groups of properties you have already created as units.

In the “Units” subsection, you can carry out the following operations:

  • Create a property,
  • Edit a property,
  • Duplicate a property,
  • View the property record,
  • Access the property’s Finances,
  • Access the property’s Balance sheet,
  • Access the property’s documents,
  • Archive the property,
  • Export the properties,
  • Delete a property.

You can filter the records on various criteria, such as the landlord or the property type.

You can also export your records using the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.

Public property profile

This page shows a detailed profile with the key information about your property, which you can share with third parties. It carries the address, the location on the map, the rent and service charges, a full description and the list of equipment, the photos, and a button for getting in touch and applying.

Create, edit or delete a property or unit

To add a unit, go to the “Properties” section, click “Units”, then “New unit”. For each property you can enter the address, the description, the equipment, the financial and administrative details, the contracts, certificates and diagnostics, the public profile details, photos and documents. You can also import several properties from a file.
