# Properties, units

In this section, you can manage your properties. It holds two subsections: one called “Units” and the other “Buildings”.

“Units” is for individual properties, while “Buildings” covers the groups of properties you have already created as units.

In the “Units” subsection, you can carry out the following operations:

- **Create** a property,
- **Edit** a property,
- **Duplicate** a property,
- **View** the property record,
- **Access** the property’s Finances,
- **Access** the property’s Balance sheet,
- **Access** the property’s documents,
- **Archive** the property,
- **Export** the properties,
- **Delete** a property.

You can filter the records on various criteria, such as the landlord or the property type.

You can also export your records using the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.
