In this section, you can manage your own document templates, such as tenancy agreements or guarantor agreement templates. The templates you create are used in place of the default automatic ones.
When you create a custom template, it replaces the default template of the same type supplied by Rentila.
You can carry out the following operations:
To create a document template, go to the “My documents” section, click “My templates”, then the “New Templates” button. A custom template replaces the Rentila template of the same type, for the properties you select. This article covers what you enter on a template, what you can change, and how the pre-filled tags work.
In this section, you can sign any external document prepared outside Rentila, through our partner oodrive Sign. Go to “My documents”, then “E-signature”, and click “New signature”. Enter the description, the document type, the landlord, the signatories and the files to sign. Once everyone has signed, the PDF is closed and locked.
