Create a credit note

To create a “Credit Note”, follow these simple steps: go to the “Finance” section, then click “Add expense”.

For each expense of the “Credit Note” type, you can enter the following information:

  • The type (“Credit Note”, “Remboursement : Trop-perçu locataire” (tenant overpayment refund), “Autre dépense” (other expense), etc.),
  • The date,
  • The customer,
  • The amount,
  • The VAT amount.

In addition to this information, you can also enter:

  • The tenancy agreement,
  • A number,
  • A description or text for the document,
  • The associated documents,
  • The “Credit Note” option (enable it to produce an accounting credit note).

Once the expense has been created, you can open the generated document via the actions to the right of the line.

Create an invoice

To create an invoice, go to the “Finance” section and click “Add revenue”. For each invoice, you can enter the property, the type, the date, the payer, the amount and the VAT amount, plus the tenancy agreement, the number, a description and the associated documents, and enable the “Invoice” option to produce an accounting invoice.
