Buildings

In this section, you can manage your buildings, groups of individual properties, or units. It’s designed for building owners (entire buildings, multi-family houses) and enables you to set up a division rule for each property or unit. This feature simplifies the allocation of common charges and maintenance fees.

You can perform the following actions:

  • Create a building.
  • Modify a building.
  • Delete a building.

To export your records, use the “Export” option available at the bottom of the table.
