System requirements

Rentila is cloud-based online software, which means it runs on any device with no download, no installation and no special hardware.

The Rentila site works with the following web browsers: Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome. There are also mobile apps for Android and iOS.

You need an internet connection to use the software.

If a page on the site misbehaves, here is what to try:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear the cache of your web browser,
  • Try the site in a different web browser.

Note that third-party software installed on your computer — security software, antivirus programs, search bars or ad blockers — can interfere with how the site works.

The essentials to get started

To get started with Rentila, create a property, create a tenant, then bring the two together in a tenancy agreement with the term, the rent and the service charges. From then on the rent for each tenancy is generated every month in the “Finance” section, so you almost never have to add a rent by hand.
