Customise documents with your logo

You can customise certain documents generated automatically by Rentila (rent receipts, payment notices, invoices, payment receipts, certain letter templates) and add your logo by going to the “My account” section.

For landlords added in the “Multiple owners” section, each one can also have their own logo.

To edit the footer, go to “My account”, then “Settings”.

Accepted formats: GIF, JPG, PNG.

The optimal size is a 512x512px or 1024x1024px square with a white background.

Accept online payments

In this section, you can set up and start accepting online payments. You can create and send invoices to your tenants and give them the option to pay online using their payment card, bank account or PayPal account. When online payments are enabled, your tenants will receive your invoices and see a “Pay” button.

Account export

You can export your account data by following these simple steps: Go to the “My account” section and select “Account export”. Choose the sections you wish to export from the available options, such as “Properties”, “Tenants”, “Tenancies”, “Finance”, “Tasks” and many others. Click the “Account export” button to start the process.
