In this section, you can manage your automatic system message templates, such as invitations for tenants, invitations and confirmations for candidates, as well as insurance reminders for tenants. The templates you create will be used in place of the default automatic templates.
When you create a custom template, it replaces the default template of the same type provided by Rentila.
You can do the following:
Create a system message template To create an automatic system message template (tenant invitation, candidate invitation, home insurance reminder, etc.), follow these simple steps: Go to the “My account” section, click “System messages” and then the “New Templates” button. When you create a custom template, it replaces the default template of the same type.
You can customise certain documents generated automatically by Rentila (rent receipts, payment notices, invoices, payment receipts, certain letter templates) and add your logo by going to the “My account” section. For landlords added in the “Multiple owners” section, each one can also have their own logo. To edit the footer, go to “My account”, then “Settings”.
