Equipment

In this section you can create and manage the equipment (appliances, furniture, tools and so on) attached to your properties.

You can carry out the following operations:

  • Add a piece of equipment,
  • Edit a piece of equipment,
  • Duplicate a piece of equipment,
  • Add the amount of the invoice in the “Finance” section,
  • Archive a piece of equipment,
  • Delete a piece of equipment.

You can filter the records by various criteria such as the landlord, the property, the type or the status.

You can also export your records using the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.

Create, edit or delete equipment

To add a piece of equipment, go to the “Tools” section, click “Equipment” and then “New equipment”. You can record the property it belongs to, its name, brand, model, serial number, price, acquisition date, size, description, guarantee details, photos and documents. Once saved, you can post the purchase invoice to the Finance section as an expense.
