Create, edit or delete a landlord

Create a landlord

To add a landlord (private individual, joint ownership, property company, etc.), follow these simple steps:

Go to the “My account” section, click “Multiple owners” and then the “New landlord” button.

For each landlord, please provide the following information:

  • The type of landlord,
  • The name or company name,
  • The address and other contact details,
  • The logo and signature,
  • The bank details.

The landlord can be a private individual or a company with partners. You can also enter the capital split for each partner.

Where several people are involved, as in a joint ownership, and you want their names to appear on certain documents, you can enter them in the “Name(s)” field, one after the other.

You can also add a separate logo and signature for each landlord, which will appear on certain documents such as receipts, among others.

Edit a landlord

If you wish to edit an existing landlord, go to “My account”, then “Multiple owners”, click the “Edit” action to the right of the landlord concerned, make the necessary changes, then click “Save”.

Editing a landlord and existing entries

Please note that the changes will apply to all properties associated with this landlord, as well as to the corresponding entries in the “Finance” section (receipts, invoices, etc.).

Delete a landlord

To delete a landlord, go to “My account”, then “Multiple owners”, and click the “Delete” action to the right of the landlord concerned.

If the landlord is associated with one or more properties, you must first assign them to another landlord or delete them. Otherwise, the software will not let you delete the landlord.

Please note that this action will result in the loss of this landlord’s history.

Delete or edit the default landlord’s details

It is not possible to delete the default landlord, as this would amount to deleting your account. However, you can update the default landlord’s details by editing their name, address, etc. Please note that the changes will apply to all properties associated with this landlord, as well as to the corresponding entries in the “Finance” section (receipts, invoices, etc.).
