In this section, you can manage recently deleted items.

You can carry out the following actions:

  • Empty the trash.
  • Permanently delete a row.
  • Restore a row.

You have 7 days to restore deleted files. After that, the files are removed permanently.

Data restoration

If data has been deleted from your account, we can recover it from our backups.

To request the restoration of your data, send a request to customer support including the following information:

  • The exact date of the deletion, or the last date on which the data was still in the account.
  • The data you want restored.

Please note that this is a paid service, charged at €72 including VAT, and that it can be scheduled and carried out within 72 hours.
