Address book

In this section, you can create and manage the various contacts (such as suppliers, service providers and administrative contacts) linked to your properties.

You can do the following:

  • Add a contact,
  • Edit a contact,
  • Delete a contact.

You can filter the records by various criteria, such as the property or the type.

You can also export your records with the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.

Create, edit or delete a contact

To add a contact to the address book, go to the “Contacts” section and click “New contact”. For each contact you can enter the type, the category, the name or the company, the address and other contact details, the properties it relates to, sharing with your tenants, the bank details and your comments.
