Afterwards, you can archive it.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to disable an existing tenancy, go to the &#8220;Tenancies&#8221; section, click on the &#8220;Disable&#8221; action to the right of the concerned tenancy.<\/p>\n<h3>Tenancy Disabled by the System<\/h3>\n<p>A tenancy can be automatically disabled by the system for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The tenancy has ended.<\/strong> This occurs when the tenancy has concluded, meaning the end date has passed and the &#8220;Automatic Renewal&#8221; box is not checked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In case of prolonged inactivity of the account.<\/strong> If you have not accessed your account for several months, the software automatically disables the tenancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reactivate a Tenancy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To <strong>reactivate a concluded tenancy<\/strong>, click on the &#8220;Edit&#8221; action to the right of the concerned tenancy, check the &#8220;Automatic Renewal&#8221; box and save the changes. Then, to reactivate it, go back to the actions on the right and click on &#8220;Activate&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>To <strong>reactivate a tenancy disabled due to account inactivity<\/strong>, click on the &#8220;Activate&#8221; action to the right of the concerned tenancy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Disable a Tenancy You have the option to disable a tenancy, which will prevent the system from generating new rents.
