Please note that only tenants who are logged in and have access to Rentila will receive email notifications.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">\n<span class=\"lead\">Why not send emails to tenants who are not logged in?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The decision not to send email notifications to tenants who are not logged in is made for several reasons, including concerns about privacy and security, as well as to reduce the volume of unsolicited emails (spam) for users.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Privacy respect:<\/strong> Some tenants, who do not wish to have a Rentila account, may prefer that their email inbox is not flooded with notifications of internal messages. The software respects their choice by not sending them notifications if they are not logged in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security:<\/strong> Sending email notifications can expose users to security risks, such as phishing emails pretending to come from the internal messaging system. By limiting email notifications to logged-in users, the software reduces these risks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Encouraging the use of Rentila:<\/strong> The aim is to encourage tenants to log in to the platform, which can contribute to more efficient use and a better overall user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this section, you can send messages and communicate with your tenants using an internal messaging system.
