{"id":4609,"date":"2024-02-14T15:38:14","date_gmt":"2024-02-14T14:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/?p=4609"},"modified":"2024-02-14T15:38:16","modified_gmt":"2024-02-14T14:38:16","slug":"create-edit-or-delete-a-system-message-template","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/archives\/4609","title":{"rendered":"Create, edit or delete a system message template"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a system message template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create an automatic system message template (tenant invitation, candidate invitation, home insurance reminder, etc.), follow these simple steps: Go to the &#8220;My Account&#8221; section, then click on &#8220;System Messages&#8221; and finally on the &#8220;New Template&#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you create a custom template, it will replace the default template of the same type offered by Rentila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each property, you can create only one template per message type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each template, you can enter the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>The <strong>type<\/strong> of message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>template name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>properties concerned<\/strong> (it is necessary to create the properties beforehand).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>content<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>status<\/strong> of the template (Enabled\/Disabled).<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you customize a template, you have the opportunity to modify the following elements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>The <strong>content<\/strong>, including the template text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>text format<\/strong> (font, style, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>pre-filled tags<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tags, Tags<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the opportunity to use pre-filled <span class=\"label label-info\"><i class=\"far fa-arrows-alt m-r-5\"><\/i> Tags (Tags)<\/span>, available on the right. Each tag contains specific information from your account, such as the property address, the name of the landlord or tenant, etc. You can simply drag and drop the tags and position them in the template text at the appropriate place.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"alert \">\n<p><span class=\"lead\">Important!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is essential not to delete dynamic tags and write hardcoded text in their place.
