It includes a detailed description of the condition as well as a complete list of furnishing equipment items, including furniture, crockery, appliances, and decor.<\/p>\n<p>You can perform the following operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Create<\/strong> a furnishing,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modify<\/strong> a furnishing,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duplicate<\/strong> a furnishing,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Download<\/strong> a furnishing (format Word, OpenOffice, PDF),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> a furnishing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have the option to filter records using various criteria (landlord, property).<\/p>\n<h3>Furnishing Inventory Template<\/h3>\n<p>When you create a new furnishing inventory in Rentila, the software automatically generates a pre-filled document template.<\/p>\n<p>You can preview this template in the furnishing creation and editing form.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, you have the option to download it in Word, PDF, or OpenOffice format from the &#8220;Furnishings&#8221; section by accessing the &#8220;Templates&#8221; column on the right.<\/p>\n<p>The landlord and tenant can sign this inventory in two ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Either make a <strong>digital signature<\/strong> in their Rentila space;<\/li>\n<li>Or print it and <strong>sign on paper<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this section, you can manage the furnishings inventories for each of your properties and tenancy agreements.
