{"id":43,"date":"2014-05-08T17:24:12","date_gmt":"2014-05-08T15:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.rentila.com\/?p=43"},"modified":"2023-11-15T18:58:09","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T17:58:09","slug":"locations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/archives\/43","title":{"rendered":"Tenancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In this section, you can manage your tenancy agreements.<\/p>\n<p>You can perform the following operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Create<\/strong> a tenancy,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modify<\/strong> a tenancy,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duplicate<\/strong> a tenancy,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terminate<\/strong> a tenancy,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable<\/strong> a tenancy,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Archive<\/strong> a tenancy,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service charge<\/strong> reconciliation,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review the rent<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regenerate<\/strong> payments,<\/li>\n<li>View <strong>finances,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Download<\/strong> a pre-filled <strong>tenancy agreement template,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> a tenancy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have the option to filter records using various criteria (landlord, property, type of tenancy agreement).<\/p>\n<p>You can export your records via the &#8220;Export&#8221; action located at the bottom of the table.<\/p>\n<h3>Tenancy Agreement Template<\/h3>\n<p>When you create a new tenancy agreement in Rentila, the software automatically generates a pre-filled agreement template.<\/p>\n<p>You can preview this template in the tenancy creation and editing form.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, you have the option to download it in Word, PDF, or OpenOffice format from the &#8220;Tenancies&#8221; section by accessing the &#8220;Templates&#8221; column on the right.<\/p>\n<p>The landlord and tenant can sign the tenancy agreement in two ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Either make a <strong>digital signature<\/strong> in their Rentila space;<\/li>\n<li>Or print it and <strong>sign on paper<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this section, you can manage your tenancy agreements.
