{"id":41,"date":"2014-05-08T17:16:20","date_gmt":"2014-05-08T15:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.rentila.com\/?p=41"},"modified":"2023-10-29T13:59:11","modified_gmt":"2023-10-29T12:59:11","slug":"ajouter-ou-modifier-un-proprietaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/archives\/41","title":{"rendered":"Create, modify, or delete an owner, a landlord"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Create an owner<\/h3>\n<p>To add an owner (individual, joint ownership, property company, etc.), follow these simple steps:<br \/>\nNavigate to the &#8220;My Account&#8221; section, then click on &#8220;Multi-owners&#8221; and finally on the &#8220;New Owner&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p>For each owner, please provide the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>type<\/strong> of owner,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>name or company denomination<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>address<\/strong> and other <strong>contact details<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>logo<\/strong> and <strong>signature<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banking details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An owner can be an individual or a company with partners. You can also specify the capital distribution for each partner.<\/p>\n<p>In cases of multiple individuals, such as in joint ownership, and if you wish to highlight the names on certain documents, you can enter them in the &#8220;Names&#8221; field, one after the other.<\/p>\n<p>You also have the option to add a distinct logo and signature for each owner, which will appear on certain documents like receipts, among others.<\/p>\n<h3>Edit an owner<\/h3>\n<p>If you wish to edit an existing owner, go to the &#8220;My Account&#8221; section, then &#8220;Multi-owners&#8221;, click on the &#8220;Edit&#8221; action to the right of the concerned owner, make the necessary changes, then click on &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Delete an owner<\/h3>\n<p>To delete an owner, go to the &#8220;My Account&#8221; section, then &#8220;Multi-owners&#8221;, click on the &#8220;Delete&#8221; action to the right of the concerned owner.<\/p>\n<p>If the owner is linked to one or more properties, it&#8217;s essential to either assign them to another owner or delete them beforehand. Otherwise, the software will not let you remove the owner.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that this action will result in the loss of the owner&#8217;s history.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert\">\n<p><span class=\"lead\">Delete or change the default owner<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not possible to delete the default owner as this would equate to deleting your account.
