{"id":2895,"date":"2020-11-06T12:42:41","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T11:42:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/?p=2895"},"modified":"2024-01-10T12:49:40","modified_gmt":"2024-01-10T11:49:40","slug":"new-maintenance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/archives\/2895","title":{"rendered":"Create, edit or delete a maintenance"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Create a maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>To add an intervention, follow these simple steps: Go to the &#8220;Maintenance&#8221; section and then click on &#8220;New maintenance&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>For each maintenance, you can enter the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <b>property or building,<\/b><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>tenancy<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>type<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>subject<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>priority,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>status<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>description<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>availability<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>start date<\/strong> and the <b>completion date<\/b> (once the date is passed, the intervention becomes <span class=\"label label-warning\">Late<\/span>),<\/li>\n<li>The <b>contractor<\/b> and their <strong>email address and phone number<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>associated photos<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>The <b>associated documents<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The contractor, artisan or others, can receive a notification as soon as the intervention is created.<\/p>\n<p>Tenants connected to Rentila can view the interventions from their account. They also have the option to create a maintenance for the landlord.<\/p>\n<p>Both the landlord and the concerned tenants can add comments and documents to an ongoing intervention.<\/p>\n<p>The landlord can mark the maintenance as completed using the appropriate action. Once a maintenance is completed, you have the option to reopen it if necessary.<\/p>\n<h3>Edit a maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>If you wish to edit an existing maintenance, go to the &#8220;Maintenance&#8221; section, click on the &#8220;Edit&#8221; action to the right of the concerned intervention, make the necessary changes, and then click on &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Delete a maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>To delete a maintenance, go to the &#8220;Maintenance&#8221; section, click on the &#8220;Delete&#8221; action to the right of the concerned intervention.<\/p>\n<h3>Follow the maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>You have the ability to track the progress of your intervention in real time and communicate directly with the participants.
