{"id":125,"date":"2014-05-09T10:41:29","date_gmt":"2014-05-09T08:41:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.rentila.com\/?p=125"},"modified":"2024-01-09T16:15:30","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T15:15:30","slug":"creer-ou-modifier-un-contact","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rentila.co.uk\/support\/archives\/125","title":{"rendered":"Add, edit or delete a contact"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Create a contact<\/h3>\n<p>To add a contact in the address book, follow these simple steps: Go to the &#8220;Contacts&#8221; section and then click on &#8220;New contact&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>For each contact, you can enter the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <b>type<\/b> (individual or company),<\/li>\n<li>The <b>category<\/b>,<\/li>\n<li>The <b>name and surname<\/b> and the <b>company<\/b>,<\/li>\n<li>The <b>address<\/b> and other <b>contact information<\/b>,<\/li>\n<li>The <b>properties<\/b> associated,<\/li>\n<li>Activate <b>sharing of the contact<\/b> with the tenants,<\/li>\n<li>The <b>bank details<\/b>,<\/li>\n<li>The <b>comments<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As soon as a contact is created, it will be displayed in the drop-down menu of the sections &#8216;Add an expense\/revenue&#8217; and &#8216;Maintenance&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Tenants who are connected to Rentila can view, in their account, the contacts that have been shared with them. They also have the option to create a contact and share it with the landlord.<\/p>\n<h3>Edit a contact<\/h3>\n<p>If you wish to edit an existing contact, go to the &#8220;Contacts&#8221; section, click on the &#8220;Edit&#8221; action to the right of the concerned contact, make the necessary changes, and then click on &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3>Delete a contact<\/h3>\n<p>To delete a contact, go to the &#8220;Contacts&#8221; section, click on the &#8220;Delete&#8221; action to the right of the concerned contact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Create a contact To add a contact in the address book, follow these simple steps: Go to the &#8220;Contacts&#8221; section and then click on &#8220;New contact&#8221;.
