In the tenant&#8217;s account, the accessible sections are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Landlord<\/strong>: for information about the landlord.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tenancies<\/strong>: to view information about current tenancies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Receipts<\/strong>: to download their rent receipts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documents<\/strong>: to share documents between the tenant and the landlord.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interventions<\/strong>: to create\/request an intervention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tasks<\/strong>: to create\/complete a task.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messaging<\/strong>: to send and receive messages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Applications<\/strong>: to follow up on ongoing applications for tenancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tenant account is a convenient tool for landlords, allowing you to save time and improve the efficiency of your management.<\/p>\n<p>Once the tenant is connected to Rentila, the account becomes their property.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You cannot disconnect a tenant.<\/li>\n<li>You cannot change their email (which serves as a login identifier).<\/li>\n<li>You cannot deny them access.<\/li>\n<li>You cannot delete their account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert m-t-20\">\n<p><span class=\"lead\">Why grant access to the tenant account?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Due to the new European regulation on personal data protection (GDPR), which came into effect on May 25, 2018, it is important to inform users, in this case tenants, of the use of their data.
