# Trash

In this section, you can manage recently deleted items.

You can carry out the following actions:

- **Empty** the trash.
- **Permanently delete** a row.
- **Restore** a row.

You have 7 days to restore deleted files. After that, the files are removed permanently.

### Data restoration

If data has been deleted from your account, we can recover it from our backups.

To request the restoration of your data, send a request to customer support including the following information:

- The exact date of the deletion, or the last date on which the data was still in the account.
- The data you want restored.

Please note that this is a paid service, charged at €72 including VAT, and that it can be scheduled and carried out within 72 hours.
