# Tenancies

This section is where you manage your tenancy agreements.

You can carry out the following operations:

- **Create** a tenancy,
- **Edit** a tenancy,
- **Duplicate** a tenancy,
- **End** a tenancy,
- **Deactivate** a tenancy,
- **Archive** a tenancy,
- **Reconcile** the service charges,
- **Increase the rent**,
- **Regenerate** the payments,
- Show the **finances**,
- **Download** a pre-filled **tenancy agreement**,
- **Delete** a tenancy.

You can filter the records by various criteria (landlord, property, tenancy type).

You can also export your records using the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.

### Tenancy agreement template

When you create a new tenancy in Rentila, the software generates a pre-filled tenancy agreement automatically.

You can preview it in the form used to create and edit the tenancy.

You can also download it in Word, PDF or OpenOffice format from the “Tenancies” section, through the “Templates” column on the right.

The landlord and the tenant can sign the tenancy agreement in two ways:

- Either sign it **electronically**, in their Rentila account;
- Or print it and **sign it on paper**.
