# Loans and mortgages

This section is where you create and manage your loans (mortgage, home improvement loan and so on) and their repayment schedules.

You can do the following:

- **Create a loan** (or import a schedule from our template),
- **Delete a loan**.

To create a loan, you can either work directly from the “Finance” section or import the data.

You can filter the records on criteria such as the landlord, the property or the loan.

You can also export your records with the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.
