You have two ways to digitise your documents:

Photograph them, taking care to frame them properly and to get a good enough image quality. There are scanning apps for smartphones that help with this.

Use a scanner. A resolution of 150 to 200 dpi is usually enough, and it keeps the files small.

### Sharing documents

You can share documents with your tenants.

When you share a document, you can choose to share it with:

- All tenants;
- All tenants linked to a property (you have to select the property);
- All tenants linked to a tenancy agreement (you have to choose the tenancy);
- Specific tenants.

Keep an eye on the sharing settings so that you do not share confidential documents with a wide audience.
