### How to describe your request?

When you contact support, it is best to describe your problem in detail, ideally with screenshots or a short video. Please also tell us:

- What you did, or the problem you ran into.
- A specific example from your account.
- Which browser or mobile app you are using, including the type and version.

This helps us understand your situation and help you more quickly.
