# Bookings

In this section, you manage your bookings, the short-term tenancy agreements.

You can do the following:

- **Create** a booking,
- **Edit** a booking,
- **Duplicate** a booking,
- **Synchronise** with **Airbnb**,
- **Close** the tenancy,
- **Archive** a booking,
- View the **finances**,
- **Download** a pre-filled **agreement template**,
- **Delete** a booking.

You can filter the records by various criteria, such as the landlord or the property.

You can export your records with the “Export” action at the bottom of the table.
